SPECIFICATIONS, TERMS & CONDITIONS

FILE SPECIFICATIONS:
To yield the best results, we ask that logo files be prepared in a professional manner as vector .eps files and emailed to lyonsdirect@verizon.net at the time of the order. Please provide Pantone spot colors within the file and convert all text to outlined art. Failure to do so may result in substitution of fonts.

TERMS:
Balance due prior to shipping.  A completed and signed order form must accompany your order.  To keep our prices well below market, we do not extend payment terms. If you are paying by credit card, it is understood that the balance plus freight and applicable tax will also be charged to that same credit card.

SHIPPING:
All goods will be shipped at your expense via UPS or a common carrier. Shipping costs will be calculated and charged at the completion of your order. If you require your order sent to two or more locations or some ground and some air freight, there will be a $5.00 charge for each additional shipping destination.

TRADE CONDITIONS:
Every effort will be made to produce your printed goods to the highest standards. We employ the latest technology and equipment in producing all of our printed material. If for some reason you are not satisfied, and we concur with your finding, we will reprint your job at no charge to you. Because printed goods are custom in nature, there are no refunds.

DELIVERY:
We quote a shipping time in working days from receipt of files and printouts.  While we strive to meet, and most times beat, these time frames, this is not a promise nor a guarantee.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no event shall Lyons Direct Communications, Inc. or suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits. In no event shall Lyons Direct Communications, Inc. be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content.
